Introduction
Background of Standard Revision and Technological Evolution
This standard replaces TB/T 2716-2005 version. The main technological evolution is reflected in:
| Technical Dimensions | Requirements of the 2005 version | Additions/Changes in the 2016 version |
|---|---|---|
| Electronic Control Technology | Not Covered | Added Clauses 4.8-4.10 to regulate the piezoelectric crystal/solenoid valve drive structure, multiple injection capability, etc. |
| Sealing Test | Clause 3.12 | Clause 4.16 upgrades the test requirements and clarifies the criteria for determining oil accumulation |
| Material specifications | Clause 3.8 | Clause 4.12 refines hardness requirements and adds the application of high-speed tool steel |
Analysis of key technical requirements
Performance indicators of electronic fuel injectors
Clause 4.8-4.10 of the standard stipulates:
- Injection capability: ≥3 injections (pre-injection/main injection/post-injection) must be achieved in a single cycle
- Response time: Dynamic response includes electrical response (piezoelectric crystal ≤0.1ms, solenoid valve ≤0.3ms) and hydraulic response (≤0.5ms)
- Hydraulic servo valve: Cleanliness requirement ≤0.5mg/piece (see Appendix A.1.2)
Core parameters of the injection nozzle assembly
Key test requirements of the injection nozzle assembly:
- Sliding test: The needle valve should slide down by its own weight when tilted at 45° (5.3.1)
- Sealing test:
- Cylindrical surface: Sealing time ≥15s under oil pressure of 35MPa (porous type)
- Cone surface: Wetting is only allowed after 30 injections (4.16)
- Atomization quality: The injection should be accompanied by a characteristic sound, without a continuous oil column (4.17)
Implementation suggestions
Key points of production quality control
1. Material processing: The hardness of chromium bearing steel needs to be controlled at 60-65HRC, and the sealing end face must be ≥54HRC (4.12)
2. Cleanliness management:
| Components | Limit | Filter accuracy |
|---|---|---|
| Electronic control injector assembly | ≤25mg/set | 1μm |
| Hydraulic servo valve | ≤0.5mg/piece | 1μm |
Detection method optimization
It is recommended to use ultrasonic cleaning method (Appendix A.3.2.2 Method 1) for cleanliness detection, and the results are more repeatable. Durability test can achieve equivalent assessment by speeding up the injection frequency (5.2.12.1b)
