本标准规定了内燃机车转向架的技术要求、试验与验收、质量保证、标志、包装运输和贮存。
本标准适用于标准轨距1435m m，最高设计速度不大于200k m/h的新造内燃机车及动力集中动车组的动力车转向架(以下简称转向架)。其他类型转向架可参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, testing and acceptance, quality assurance, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of diesel locomotive bogies. This standard applies to new diesel locomotives and power train bogies (hereinafter referred to as bogies) of power-concentrated EMUs with a standard track gauge of 1435mm and a maximum design speed of no more than 200km/h. Other types of bogies can be implemented as a reference.
