Introduction
Background of Standard Evolution
This standard replaces TB/T 2760.2-2010, mainly responding to the update requirements of new basic standards such as GB/T 25119-2010, and making adaptive revisions to the technical requirements brought about by the high-speed development of EMUs. The 2016 version has been upgraded in 9 technical dimensions such as insulation performance, electromagnetic compatibility, and environmental adaptability.
Core Parameter Comparison
| Technical Indicators | 2010 Version Requirements | 2016 Version Requirements | Range of Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Insulation Resistance | 50 MΩ | 100 MΩ | +100% |
| Dielectric Strength | 500 VAC | 1500 VAC | +200% |
| Output frequency range (EMU) | Undifferentiated | 0-20 kHz | Newly added |
Key technical requirements
4.2 Working conditions
- Power supply voltage: DC 15V/24V (±15% fluctuation range)
- Working air gap: 0.3-1.5mm (standard value 0.8mm)
- Speed measuring gear requirements: module ≥1.5, recommended 2.0/2.5
4.3 Performance indicators
Hall speed sensor has two output modes: current type and voltage type:
- Current type: square wave duty cycle (50±20)%, rising/falling edge change rate ≥3mA/μs
- Voltage type: when the load is 1kΩ, high level ≥0.8Us, low level ≤2V
The dual-channel phase difference is required to be 90°±30°. Typical application scenarios include locomotive traction system speed feedback, brake control, etc.
Implementation Suggestions
Selection Precautions
- Select the output type according to the application scenario: the current type is more resistant to interference, and the voltage type has simpler wiring
- Insulation parameters need to be revised according to TB/T 3213-2009 in high-altitude areas
- 20kHz high-frequency response models should be selected for EMU applications
Installation and Maintenance Points
- The gear installation clearance is recommended to be controlled at 0.8±0.1mm
- The braiding density of the cable shielding layer needs to be ≥80%
- IP68 protection level requirements (IP67 for the connector part)
