Scope
This standard specifies the testing and inspection rules for air conditioning devices for internal combustion and electric locomotives (hereinafter referred to as air conditioners). This standard is applicable to the cooling performance test of air conditioners in railway internal combustion and electric locomotive cabs for the purpose of creating an indoor comfortable environment and the heating performance test of electric heating air conditioners.
