Introduction
Standard Background and Technical Evolution
TB/T 3372-2017, as the industry standard for railway dedicated digital mobile communication system (GSM-R) interface monitoring, was released in September 2017. It is an important technical specification to meet the requirements for the reliability of communication systems in response to the development of high-speed railways. This standard inherits and develops the relevant technical conditions of the former Ministry of Railways, and mainly proposes standardization requirements for key monitoring points such as A interface and Abis interface.

Implementation Suggestions
In the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway monitoring system renovation project, the distributed probe architecture is used to meet the real-time requirements of Article 5.2 of the standard. By deploying three-level data aggregation, the following are achieved:
- Station-level data collection (sampling rate ≥ 1Hz)
- Dispatching section data processing (latency <500ms)
- Central platform storage (retention period ≥ 90 days)
Technology Evolution Analysis
Compared with the 2010 version of the specification, this standard adds:
- LTE-R compatibility requirements (Appendix C)
- Information security protection clauses (Article 7.5)
- Big data analysis interface specifications (Article 8.3)
