Scope

5 Technical Requirements
5.1 Static Antimicrobial Technology Requirements
After the application or coating of rare earth antimicrobial materials on environmental surfaces, their static antimicrobial technical indicators for the surface are listed in Table 1.
Table 1 Static Antimicrobial Technical Indicators for Surfaces
Item Viral Inhibition Rate (%)a Antibacterial Rate (%)b Safetyc
Indicator 90.00-99.99 90.00-99.99 Non-toxic
a The test strain and number are SARS-COV-2 virus (WIVO4, GenBank: MN996528.1), with the testing method being the novel coronavirus inhibition plaque assay.
a The test strains and numbers are Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538), Escherichia coli (8099), and Candida albicans (ATCC 10231). The patch testing method as specified in Section 5.2.6 of WS/T 650-2019 was used.
c Safety tests follow the methods specified in Chapter 1.4.3.2 of the Disinfection Technical Specifications.
5.2 Dynamic Disinfection and Purification Technology Requirements
After installing and running ion disinfection purifier equipment indoors, its technical indicators for dynamic air disinfection and purification within the effective coverage physical space are shown in Table 2.

Indicator 2.63×10^14/m3-4.46×10^14/m3 90.00~99.99 ≤0.20 ≤0.05 Co-existence of humans and machines
a The test strain is SARS-COV-2 virus (WIVO4, GenBank: MN996528.1), with the testing method as specified in Section 2.1.3 of the Disinfection Technical Specifications for air disinfection effect certification.
b The natural bacterial strains are tested according to the methods specified in Appendix B of WS/T 648-2019.
c According to the indicators and test methods specified in GB/T 18883, Indoor Air Quality Standards.
d Product safety should comply with relevant regulations, norms, and standards stipulated by national laws. Electrical safety must meet the provisions of GB 4706.1, GB 4706.45, and GB 9706.1, while ozone leakage limits should conform to GB/T 18202, and a health permit number from the actual manufacturing enterprise must be obtained after evaluation as per Disinfectant Product Hygiene Safety Evaluation.
5.3 Dual-Mode Antimicrobial Epidemic Prevention Technology Requirements
The dual-mode antimicrobial epidemic prevention scenario constructed by combining the technologies in Sections 5.1 and 5.2 has technical requirements for both surface static antimicrobial and indoor air dynamic disinfection, which are listed in Table 3.
Table 3 Technical Requirements for Dual-Mode Antimicrobial Epidemic Prevention
Item Technical Requirementsa Test Methodsb
Quantity Inspection Qualification Inspection
1 Surface Static Antimicrobial SARS-COV-2 virus inhibition rate (%)
90.00-99.99 Viral antigen detection
Negative Simulation on-site or On-site test
2 Airborne Dynamic Disinfection and Purification The antimicrobial epidemic prevention technology requirements can be verified through quantity inspection and qualification inspection. Quantity inspections follow the testing methods specified in Tables 1 and 2, while qualification inspections use SARS-COV-2 virus antigen detection kits. For quantity inspections, the test strains should be SARS-COV-2 virus (WIVO4, GenBank: MN996528.1), with qualification inspections conducted on-site. Test methods can refer to relevant requirements in the Disinfection Technical Specifications.
