Scope
This standard specifies the materials and joints, design, construction, pipeline functional testing, and pipeline project acceptance for reinforced concrete pipes lined with quick-setting pads.

This standard applies to pipeline engineering design, construction, and acceptance of new or renovated projects using reinforced concrete pipes lined with quick-setting pads for sewage, rainwater, drainage, etc. The applicable nominal diameter range of the pipe material is 600mm to 4000mm.

Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

3.1
Reinforced Concrete Pipe Lined with Anchored Plastic Sheet (速格垫内衬钢筋混凝土管) - A pipeline that is formed by integrating an anchored plastic sheet as the inner liner with a reinforced concrete body during the manufacturing process.

3.2
Anchored Plastic Sheet (速格垫) - High molecular polymer film materials such as HDPE, PP, PVDF and ECTFE equipped with "V", "Y" or other shaped anchoring keys.

3.3
Anchoring Stud (锚固键) - An integral element of the same material as the anchored plastic sheet, formed in a "V", "Y" shape or similar to serve connecting and anchoring purposes.
