Scope
Currently, domestic concrete structure radar detection uses wired radars, with manual coordination of mechanical equipment for testing. This practice involves safety risks associated with high-altitude work and often faces interference from various factors on-site, reducing detection efficiency. The subsequent process of organizing test data is also cumbersome. Therefore, it is necessary to fully leverage new technological means to摆脱传统检测手段的束缚,实现快速检测及数据传输、智能分析,确保及时预警,提升质量管理水平。
A concrete structure intelligent inspection robot consists of an intelligent robot, air-coupled wireless radar, and a smart monitoring system for concrete structures. It features AI analysis, high-definition video acquisition, aerial detection, wireless radar, concrete quality monitoring, wall-climbing detection functions, and can perform amphibious operations. It can carry radars to travel at a constant speed along designated measurement lines while adapting to various testing environments. On-site work can be conducted without interfering with construction procedures, replacing traditional manual high-altitude operations. Additionally, the intelligent inspection robot has data intelligence analysis capabilities that can effectively identify quality defects and improve monitoring levels for concrete structures.
