本文件规定了大宗商品电子交易异常事件监测的总体要求，给出了异常事件的类型及异常指标，并在异常监测参数、异常强度、异常事件的监测与判定、监测日志、异常事件的人工复查、数据保密管理等方面规定了相关要求。
本文件适用于大宗商品电子交易过程中不易发现的隐性异常事件监测的程序设计、开发和应用。
针对本文件未涉及的其他异常事件进行的监测工作，可参考本文件。

Scope

This document stipulates the overall requirements for abnormal event monitoring in bulk commodity electronic trading, gives the types of abnormal events and abnormal indicators, and includes abnormal monitoring parameters, abnormal intensity, monitoring and determination of abnormal events, monitoring logs, and manual review of abnormal events. , data confidentiality management and other aspects have stipulated relevant requirements. This document is applicable to the program design, development and application of monitoring hidden abnormal events that are difficult to detect during electronic trading of commodities. For monitoring work on other abnormal events not covered in this document, please refer to this document.
