Standard Background and Technological Evolution

This specification is based on the writing framework of GB/T 1.1-2009. It is jointly drafted by 12 key enterprises to address the environmental shortcomings and overcapacity problems in the carbon black industry. It marks the key technical route for my country's carbon black industry to transform from scale expansion to green manufacturing.
