Scope

This document can guide the detailed design of prefabricated components of prefabricated concrete buildings: 1) The content that needs to be expressed in the layout of prefabricated components and the requirements for the base map of the depth split diagram; the division of the interface between the main design and the detailed design of prefabricated buildings. 2) The design depth requirements for the connection nodes between prefabricated components and prefabricated components, and prefabricated and cast-in-place, including the large sample of the prefabricated components themselves, and the connection relationship with the on-site installation. 3) The content and depth to be expressed in the processing of prefabricated components, the meaning and position of the dimension line, the direction of the specified view, the composition of the section, the symbolic meaning of the embedded parts and the position expressed on the section view, and the expression method of component statistics, reinforcement and reinforcement table. 4) Classify and summarize the nodes selected in various situations and their advantages and disadvantages, so that all parties can make comprehensive judgments and choices based on actual conditions. 5) The production process, production requirements, storage, transportation and installation requirements of components. 6) Quality inspection requirements and necessary disclosure matters at each stage. 7) Provide accessory standards, including metal parts, accessories used by component factories, accessories used on site, and accessories for template connection. 8) Clarify the digital requirements for intelligent manufacturing, including information standards, digital interaction principles, BIM model delivery standards, and MES system application data requirements.
