本文件给出了地下交通枢纽运营期结构健康监测的基本规定，规定了地下交通枢纽运营期结构健康监测项目与测点选择，传感器选型、安装与防护，数据采集与传输、安装与防护，数据管理与分析，预警与评估。本文件适用于对涵盖国家铁路、城际铁路、城际轨道交通、城市轨道交通、市域铁路、公路等多种交通方式的地下交通枢纽运营期结构健康监测实施技术指导。

Scope

This document mainly includes the following technical contents:
1) Basic Regulations: Specifies requirements for the composition of the structural health monitoring system during the operation period of underground transportation hubs, hardware and software of the monitoring system, main work content, data transmission of monitoring, and monitoring methods;
2) Monitoring Items and Point Selection: Specifies requirements for monitoring content and projects, risk level classification of underground transportation hub engineering itself, risk level classification of surrounding environments, complexity grading of geological conditions, grading of structural health monitoring, selection and layout of monitoring sections and measurement points;
3) Sensor Selection, Installation, and Protection: Specifies the selection, installation, and protection of load and environmental monitoring sensors, as well as those for structure response monitoring;
4) Data Acquisition and Transmission, Installation, and Protection: Specifies the composition, functions, software and hardware of data acquisition and transmission modules, data collection, data transmission, and installation and protection requirements for acquisition and transmission devices;
5) Data Management and Analysis: Specifies main functions of the data management and analysis module, data management and analysis software, storage and management technology for data and information, data storage management module, content of load and environmental monitoring data analysis, and content of structure response monitoring data analysis;
6) Warning and Evaluation: Specifies requirements for warning levels and standards of underground transportation hub engineering monitoring, control values of monitoring items, grading of structural health status, common health status grading of monitored items, structural safety warning thresholds, methods of structural safety warnings, content of warning information, circumstances for conducting structural health status assessment, and evaluation methods for structural health status.
