本标准规定了全断面隧道掘进机减速机再制造性检测与评估，再制造方案制定，再制造设计，拆解与清理，零件检测与评估，再制造加工，再制造装配与调试，验收、标志与贮存，安全环保要求。
本标准适用于符合以下条件的废/旧减速机：--高速轴最高转速不超过2 500 r/min；--齿轮线速度不超过20 m/s；
--工作环境温度为-40 ℃~+45 ℃。

Scope

This standard specifies the remanufacturability testing and evaluation, remanufacturing plan formulation, remanufacturing design, disassembly and cleaning, parts testing and evaluation, remanufacturing and processing, and remanufacturing assembly of full-section tunnel boring machine reducers (hereinafter referred to as reducers). and debugging, acceptance, marking and storage, safety and environmental protection requirements. This standard applies to scrap/old reducers that meet the following conditions:
　——The maximum speed of the high-speed shaft does not exceed 2500r/min;
　——The gear linear speed does not exceed 20ｍ/ｓ;
　——The working environment temperature is -40℃~ +45℃.
