5. Technical Requirements
5.1 Usage Conditions
5.1.1 Inlet Water Requirements
a) Inlet water quality: Municipal tap water or other centralized water supply, and effluents from domestic or similar use drinking water treatment devices;
b) Inlet water temperature: 5℃~45℃;
c) Turbidity: ≤1NTU;
d) Pressure: 0MPa~0.4MPa.
5.1.2 Environmental Requirements
a) Ambient temperature: 4℃~40℃;
b) Relative humidity: ≤90%.
5.2 Appearance
5.2.1 The appearance should be neat and free of rust, with a smooth, even surface color without sharp edges.
5.2.2 Coating should have a smooth, uniform surface and strong adhesion, without obvious defects such as flow marks, scratches, wrinkles, pits, blisters, overspray, or sand inclusions.
5.2.3 Plating should be clean and fine with a uniform color, free of spots, rust spots, pinholes, bubbles, or plating peeling.
5.2.4 Plastic parts should have a smooth surface and even color without cracks, bubbles, obvious sink marks, or deformation.
5.3 Structure
The LED sterilization device should undergo static pressure testing and cyclic pressure testing; during the tests, there should be no leakage or cracking phenomena. Specific requirements are listed in Table 1.
