In-depth interpretation of technical indicators

The standard divides regeneration liquid into two categories: aqueous and non-aqueous, and sets three levels of quality indicators for each:

  • Grade I: Suitable for high-end display panel manufacturing, with strict control of metal impurities (≤25ppb)
  • Grade II: 50ppb metal content is allowed, which meets the production of ordinary display screens
  • Grade III: Used in scenarios with lower purity requirements

Key points of detection method

When using the gas chromatography internal standard method to determine the effective components, please note:

  1. When using the FID detector, the carrier gas flow rate should be stable at 1.0mL/min
  2. The retention time of dimethylacetamide needs to be calibrated to ±0.1min
  3. The absolute difference allowed for parallel determination is ≤0.1%

Implementation suggestions

Manufacturers should pay special attention to the following:

  • Establish ICP-MS detection capability for metal content
  • Use a distillation system with nitrogen protection to prevent component oxidation
  • Transportation and storage must comply with GB190 dangerous goods regulations
