Key points for equipment debugging

1. Oar bolt parameter setting

The oar bolt height and oar bolt angle need to be adjusted simultaneously:

  • Height reference: The vertical distance between the slide seat and the oar bolt when the slide seat is in the lowest position (the left oar needs to be higher than the right oar)
  • Angle range: Longitudinal/lateral angle error ≤0.3°

2. Dynamic balance debugging

Adjust the center point of the oar by the position of the slide rail:

  1. Determine the center of gravity of the boat
  2. Calibrate the center axis of the oar bolt column
  3. Finely adjust the pedal position according to the athlete's body shape

Training Site Selection

Strictly comply with the three no principles: no flow velocity (≤0.1m/s), no waves (wave height <5cm), no floating objects. It is recommended that the length of the water area be ≥2300m and the water depth be ≥3m.
