本标准规定了对民用室内木地板面层的基本规定、验收内容及保修义务。本标准适用于民用室内木地板铺设面层的验收，亦适用于因地板铺设不当，地板状态改变而引起的争议和仲裁。本标准不适用于对保温、地热、防静电、防辐射、体育场所等特殊要求的木地板铺设验收。本标准不涉及木地板的基层施工验收。
Scope
This standard stipulates the basic regulations, acceptance contents and warranty obligations for civil indoor wooden floor surfaces. This standard is applicable to the acceptance of the surface layer of civil indoor wooden flooring. It is also applicable to disputes and arbitration caused by improper floor laying and changes in the condition of the floor. This standard does not apply to the acceptance of wooden floor laying with special requirements for thermal insulation, floor heating, anti-static, radiation protection, sports venues, etc. This standard does not involve the acceptance of base construction of wooden flooring.
