本标准规定了临时搭建演出场所舞台、看台在结构、抗风防倾覆、演出工艺的安全技术要求,同时对临时搭建演出场所的舞台设备安全、电气安全的特殊要求做出规定。
本标准适用于广场、体育场馆、展览馆、商场、宾馆、厂房、公园、景区等临时搭建的演出场所。
本标准适用于临时搭建演出场所舞台、看台的设计、安装、装台、拆台、排练、演出等过程。
本标准未包括舞台设备(含舞台灯光、舞台音响、舞台机械、舞台幕布、舞台装置等)安全技术要求。
本标准不适用于当地气象灾害出现的情况。

Scope

This standard stipulates the safety technical requirements for the structure, wind resistance and overturning of temporary performance venues, stands, and performance technology. It also stipulates special requirements for the safety and electrical safety of stage equipment and electrical safety for temporary performance venues. This standard applies to temporarily constructed performance venues such as squares, stadiums, exhibition halls, shopping malls, hotels, factories, parks, scenic spots, etc. This standard applies to the design, installation, set-up, disassembly, rehearsal, performance and other processes of temporary performance venues and stands. This standard does not include safety technical requirements for stage equipment (including stage lighting, stage audio, stage machinery, stage curtains, stage devices, etc.). This standard does not apply to the occurrence of local meteorological disasters.
