Scope

This standard specifies the diagnostic basis, diagnostic principles, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of rubella and congenital rubella syndrome. This standard applies to the diagnosis and reporting of rubella and congenital rubella syndrome in all types of medical and health institutions and their staff at all levels across the country.
