Scope

This standard specifies the testing methods for Salmonella and Shigella in fecal specimens (anal swabs). This standard applies to preventive health examination projects for employees in public places, food production and processing (food production) personnel, food circulation and catering service (food business) personnel, drinking water production and operation personnel, fecal specimens (anal swabs) Salmonella and Shigella testing.
