Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
| Risk level | Cleaning level | Frequency requirement | Microbiological standard |
|---|---|---|---|
| Low risk area | Cleaning level | 1-2 times/day | Visual cleaning standard |
| Medium risk area | Sanitary level | ≥2 times/day | ≤10 CFU/cm² |
| High risk area | Disinfection level | ≥3 times/day | Complies with GB 15982 |
Key term analysis
A value: The core indicator of thermal disinfection. When the microbial killing effect reaches 10K, the duration of 80℃ must be ≥10 minutes (A value 600 is the minimum requirement).
Cleaning unit: High-frequency contact surfaces around patients (such as beds, monitors, etc.) are used as independent cleaning units to avoid cross contamination.
Implementation points
- Zoning management: Cleaning tools should be marked with different colors according to risk levels
- Process specifications: The cleaning order should follow the principle of "from top to bottom, from clean to dirty"
- Special treatment: Neonatal incubators should only be cleaned with clean water, and disinfectants are prohibited
Disinfectant selection guide
| Disinfectant type | Applicable microorganisms | Typical concentration | Precautions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chlorine-containing disinfectant | All pathogens | 500-1000mg/L | Corrosive to metals, must be prepared and used immediately |
| Hydrogen peroxide | Multi-drug resistant bacteria | 3% solution | Need to be stored away from light |
| Quaternary ammonium salts | Lipophilic viruses | 1-2g/L | Do not mix with anionic detergents |
Background of Standard Formulation
This standard is based on the "Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases" and the "Regulations on the Management of Hospital Infections". It was jointly drafted by 15 authoritative medical institutions across the country. It is the first time that the process management and quality evaluation system for environmental surface cleaning is systematically standardized, and in particular, enhanced disinfection requirements are proposed for the spread of drug-resistant bacteria such as MRSA and CRE.
