本文件规定了化学药品、生物制品、中成药使用与管理的范围、分类与编码的基本原则和方法及相应的药品产品代码，同时包含各药品核心信息的分类与编码规则、方法及相应的代码。
本文件适用于各级各类医疗卫生机构、行政主管部门和其他用户在药品采购、配送、库存、使用等相关信息系统建设时，对药品进行分类与标识，保障药品信息采集、信息处理和信息交换等相关工作的标准化、规范化。

Scope

This document specifies the scope of use and management of chemical drugs, biological products, and Chinese patent medicines, the basic principles and methods of classification and coding, and the corresponding drug product codes, and also contains the classification and coding rules, methods, and corresponding codes for the core information of each drug. This document is applicable to medical and health institutions of all levels and types, administrative departments, and other users in the construction of relevant information systems such as drug procurement, distribution, inventory, and use, to classify and label drugs, and ensure the standardization and regularization of related work such as drug information collection, information processing, and information exchange.
