Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, statistical classification, statistical requirements, identification of lost objects, statistical technical methods, etc. for fire loss statistics. This standard applies to the statistics of single fire losses by the fire departments of public security organs. This standard does not apply to the statistics of fire losses in military facilities, mines, natural gas facilities, forests and grasslands.
