Model compilation system

A four-level coding structure is adopted: ZYJS[winch type][load mass]/[lifting height][accessory code], such as ZYJSJD200/30JT means electric winch, 200kg load, 30m lifting height and includes monitoring + towing functions.

5 types of mandatory clauses

1. Structural safety: 2 universal anchor points are required at the top, and the difference in length of the supporting legs is ≤5mm
2. Corrosion resistance: No functional damage after 48h salt spray test
3. Emergency braking: The electric winch automatically stops when overloaded by 130%
4. Anti-slip displacement: The sliding of the supporting legs in continuous operation is ≤20mm
5. Power failure emergency: The electric winch must be equipped with a manual emergency device

Recommendations for standard implementation

• Purchase verification: Focus on checking the winch wire rope diameter (≥4mm) and salt spray test report
• Maintenance points: Check the wear of the protective chain (belt) every month, and the breaking strength must be maintained at ≥10kN
• Training focus: Emergency operation of electric winch power failure (standard 5.5.2 requires the handle operating force to be ≤250N)
