Scope

This standard specifies the ordering content, size, shape, weight and allowable deviations, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates of cold-drawn flat steel. This standard applies to cold-drawn flat steel (hereinafter referred to as flat steel) of high-quality carbon structural steel and alloy structural steel with rectangular cross-section.
