本标准规定了集装箱板预处理生产流程中工艺路线、设备选型、设备设计等过程的技术原则和节能、环保方面的准则。
本标准适用于新建和改建集装箱板预处理生产线及具有类似流程的生产线。本规范涉及的工艺流程和主要设备的设计与选择，应与建设单位实际条件结合，因地制宜，并经过技术方案优化和比较后择优确定。该类生产线的建设与管理除应遵循本规范外，应符合国家现行相关的法律、法规和相应标准。

Scope

This specification stipulates the technical principles and energy conservation and environmental protection guidelines for the process route, equipment selection, equipment design and other processes in the container board pretreatment production process. This specification is applicable to newly built and renovated container board pretreatment production lines and production lines with similar processes. The design and selection of the process flow and main equipment involved in this specification should be combined with the actual conditions of the construction unit, adapted to local conditions, and determined after optimization and comparison of technical solutions.
