1. Density control requirements

The density range of crude benzene for processing is 0.871-0.900g/cm³. When petroleum wash oil is used as the absorbent, the lower limit is relaxed to 0.865g/cm³. This indicator directly affects:

  • Aromatic hydrocarbon recovery rate (density is positively correlated with benzene content)
  • Distillation energy consumption (density difference affects separation efficiency)

Packaging and transportation specifications

  1. Tankers must be sealed with lead and marked with the flammable liquid symbol specified in GB190
  2. An electrostatic discharge device (resistance ≤ 10Ω) must be installed in the tank area
  3. Water layer control: ≤5mm for tankers, ≤1mm for drums
