本标准适用于37kg/m~75 kg/m铁路用对称断面钢轨和非对称断面钢轨的超声波探伤,其他钢轨的超声波探伤亦可参照执行。


Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of rail ultrasonic flaw detection, flaw detection principles, flaw detection methods, personnel requirements, flaw detection requirements, test blocks and sample rails, probes, instruments and equipment, signal-to-noise ratio, stability, operation, result judgment and marking, etc. . This standard is applicable to ultrasonic flaw detection of symmetrical section rails and asymmetric section rails for 37kg/m~75kg/m railways. Ultrasonic flaw detection of other rails can also be implemented with reference.
