YC/T 384的本部分规定了烟草企业安全生产标准化的基础管理规范要求。
本部分适用于烟草工业企业和商业企业，含烟叶复烤、卷烟制造、薄片制造、烟草收购、分拣配送、烟草营销等企业及下属的生产经营单位，不含烟草相关和投资的其他企业，如醋酸纤维、烟草印刷等企业；烟草相关和投资的其他企业可参照执行。

Scope

This part of YC/T 384 stipulates the basic management specification requirements for safety production standardization in tobacco enterprises. This section applies to tobacco industry enterprises and commercial enterprises, including tobacco leaf re-curing, cigarette manufacturing, sheet manufacturing, tobacco purchase, sorting and distribution, tobacco marketing and other enterprises and their affiliated production and operation units, excluding other tobacco-related and investment enterprises. Such as acetate fiber, tobacco printing and other enterprises; other tobacco-related and investment enterprises can refer to the implementation.
