本标准适用于烟草及烟草制品中α-2,7,11-西柏三烯-4,6-二醇和β-2,7,11-西柏三烯-4,6-二醇的测定。
本方法测定烟草及烟草制品中α-2,7,11-西柏三烯-4,6-二醇和β-2,7,11-西柏三烯-4,6-二醇的检出限分别为0.4μg/g和0.3μg/g,定量限分别为1.3μg/g、0.9μg/g。

Scope

This standard specifies two types of cybradiol, alpha-2,7,11-cybratriene-4,6-diol and beta-2,7,11-cybratriene-4,6-diol, in tobacco and tobacco products. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of terpene alcohols. This standard is applicable to the determination of alpha-2,7,11-cebratriene-4,6-diol and beta-2,7,11-cebratriene-4,6-diol in tobacco and tobacco products. The detection limits of this method for the determination of alpha-2,7,11-cebratriene-4,6-diol and beta-2,7,11-cebratriene-4,6-diol in tobacco and tobacco products are respectively 0.4 g/g and 0.3 g/g, and the limits of quantification are 1.3 g/g and 0.9 g/g respectively.
