This standard is applicable to the completion acceptance and daily maintenance of the ground insulation of directly buried optical cable lines in long-distance communication trunk optical cable line projects and the factory inspection of the insulation performance of its components. Long-distance pipeline optical cable lines can be implemented as a reference.
