本规范适用于在抗震设防烈度为7-9度地区使用的路由器设备、以太网交换机设备抗地震技术性能的检测及评定，对于三层交换机可参照本规范执行。

Scope

This specification is applicable to the detection and evaluation of the anti-seismic communication technology performance of router equipment and Ethernet switch equipment entering areas with a seismic fortification intensity of 7 to 9. Layer 3 switches can be implemented with reference to this specification. This specification specifies the earthquake resistance technical performance testing items, testing methods, technical indicators and evaluation methods of router equipment and Ethernet switch equipment in IP network switching equipment. When this specification is implemented, the structural seismic performance of IP network switching equipment should meet YD 5083 "Telecommunication Equipment Seismic Performance Testing Specification". If there is any conflict between this specification and relevant national standards and norms, the national standards and norms shall prevail.
