本标准规定了通信用开关电源系统监控模块的监控内容、技术要求、通信协议、试验方法等。本标准适用于各类通信局（站）单独设置的通信用开关电源系统监控模块及以此为基础构成的不同规模的监控系统网络。微波、光缆、移动通信等通信局（站）中纳入通信设备监控系统的通信智能电源监控可参照本标准有关部分执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the monitoring content, technical requirements, communication protocols, test methods, etc. of switching power supply system monitoring modules for communications. This standard is applicable to the communication switching power supply system monitoring modules set up separately by various communication bureaus (stations) and the monitoring system networks of different sizes based on this. The communication intelligent power supply monitoring incorporated into the communication equipment monitoring system in microwave, optical cable, mobile communication and other communication bureaus (stations) can be implemented with reference to the relevant parts of this standard.
