本标准规定了防火墙设备的技术要求，包括网络接口、包过滤、代理、NAT、日志与告警、管理、运行与维护以及技术性能指标等。单纯的防火墙软件系统也可参照本标准的相应章节执行。 本标准适用于支持IP v4的专用防火墙设备，不适用于网络设备中附带的防火墙功能模块。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for firewall equipment, including network interfaces, packet filtering, proxies, NAT, logs and alarms, management, operation and maintenance, and technical performance indicators. A simple firewall software system can also be implemented by referring to the corresponding chapters of this standard. This standard applies to dedicated firewall equipment that supports IPv4, and does not apply to firewall function modules included in network equipment. In this standard: ·Must, should: Indicate that the item is necessary for this standard, and violation of such requirements is a principle error. ·Recommendation: Indicates that there are reasons to ignore this item under certain specific conditions, but that ignoring or violating this item must be carefully measured. ·Can: Indicates that this item is optional. Some vendors may implement this option for marketing or other reasons, and another vendor may not implement this option for similar reasons.
