Scope
This standard specifies the comprehensive access system business capabilities, functions, protocols, security, interfaces, performance, operation management and maintenance requirements and environment, power supply, electrical safety, etc. This standard is applicable to comprehensive access systems that integrate various wired broadband and narrowband access technologies and provide access capabilities for various packet-type services and circuit-type services. This standard is applicable to integrated access systems that provide wired interfaces on the user side, but is not applicable to integrated access systems that provide wireless interfaces on the user side. This standard applies to comprehensive access systems in public telecommunications network environments, and private telecommunications networks can also be used with reference.
