Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging requirements for drop-in cables (hereinafter referred to as cables) suitable for xDSL transmission. This standard applies to connecting cables laid in buildings and in the open air between user terminal equipment and cable distribution boxes (boxes) in xDSL communication lines.
