This standard specifies the test method for the interface function of the LTE network element management system network management system (EMS-NMS). It involves four parts: the public management interface, the fault management interface, the performance management interface and the configuration management interface. It does not involve the northbound interface information model part. This standard applies to LTE digital cellular mobile communication networks.
