Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of impurity elements in high-purity nickel. The measured elements are shown in Table 1. This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of impurity elements in high-purity nickel. The determination range of the mass fraction of each element is 0.1 μg/kg~20 000 μg/kg.
