本标准规定了铜铟合金锭的要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输、贮存、质量证明书以及合同（或订货单）内容等。
本标准适用于使用4N铜和4N铟制备的铜铟靶材及5N铜和5N铟制备的薄膜太阳能电池领域用的铜铟合金。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates and contract (or order) contents for copper indium alloy ingots. This standard applies to copper-indium alloys for copper-indium targets prepared using 4N copper and 4N indium, and copper-indium alloys used in the field of thin-film solar cells prepared using 5N copper and 5N indium.
