Scope

This standard specifies the photoelectric direct reading emission spectrum analysis method of rare earth elements in magnesium rare earth alloys (WE54, WE43, GWK). This standard is applicable to the simultaneous determination of the four elements gadolinium, neodymium, yttrium, and zirconium in magnesium rare earth alloys (WE54, WE43, GWK). The measurement range is shown in Table 1.
