本标准规定了氯化镉的要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输、贮存、质量证明书和订货单（或合同）内容。
本标准适用于以氧化镉为原料与盐酸反应制得氯化镉，主要用于碲化镉太阳能电池的活化剂。也适用于印染助剂、感光工业作制造复写纸、照相纸的药剂、光学仪器工业制造特种镜子的增光剂等。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificate and order form (or contract) content of cadmium chloride. This standard applies to cadmium chloride produced by reacting cadmium oxide as raw material with hydrochloric acid, and is mainly used as an activator for cadmium telluride solar cells. It is also suitable for printing and dyeing auxiliaries, agents for manufacturing copy paper and photographic paper in the photosensitive industry, and brightening agents for manufacturing special mirrors in the optical instrument industry.
