Energy efficiency management case
Taking the extruder as an example, it must meet the energy efficiency limit value requirements of GB19761. It is recommended to give priority to the use of energy efficiency Class 1 equipment, which can reduce unit product energy consumption by 15-20%.

In view of the difficulty in meeting the standard for the utilization rate of recycled copper, it is recommended to establish a waste copper sorting center, improve the purity of raw materials through magnetic separation + spectral analysis, and improve the supplier's green certification system.

Compared with GB/T36132-2018, this standard adds special requirements for the copper industry:
- Strengthen energy efficiency management of special equipment such as rolling mills and stretching machines
- Clear the grading and scoring mechanism for the utilization rate of recycled copper raw materials (5%/10%/15%)
