Key technical requirements

Melting and casting equipment must be equipped with dust collection devices, and the noise of rolling production line must be controlled below 85dB. Energy efficiency of general equipment must meet the following requirements:

  • Energy efficiency of electric motor ≥ GB18613 limit value
  • Energy efficiency of transformer ≥ GB20052 Level 2

Implementation suggestions

  1. Establish four-system integration: Integrate quality (GB/T19001), environment (GB/T24001), energy (GB/T23331), and occupational health (GB/T45001) management systems
  2. Intelligent monitoring system: Deploy energy metering network (YS/T1401) to achieve 98% accuracy in water, electricity and gas classification metering
  3. Circular economy practice: Increase the recycling rate of scrap copper to 10%, and reduce annual CO₂ emissions by approximately 150,000 tons/10,000 tons of production capacity
