Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, marking, transportation, storage and order form (or contract) content of sodium butyl (potassium) xanthate. This standard applies to sodium butyl (potassium) industrial supplies produced with butanol, carbon disulfide and sodium hydroxide (potassium hydroxide) as raw materials. This product is mainly used as a collector for the flotation of non-ferrous metal ores.
