Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and contract (or order form) content for aluminum and aluminum alloy color-coated plates and strips. This standard applies to aluminum and aluminum alloy color-coated sheets and strips produced by coil roller coating lines for use in construction, household appliances, transportation and other industries. This standard does not apply to aluminum and aluminum alloy coating products for ceilings.
