本标准适用于铂钌合金薄膜材料中合金态铂及合金态钌含量的测定。也可适用于铂合金薄膜材料中合金态铂及合金态金属含量的测定。
本标准不适用于单层厚度不大于10nm的层状薄膜。


Scope

This standard specifies the determination method for the content (mass fraction) of alloyed platinum and alloyed ruthenium in platinum nail (Pt-Ru) alloy thin film materials. This standard is applicable to the determination of the mass fraction of alloyed platinum and alloyed ruthenium in platinum-ruthenium alloy thin film materials. It can also be applied to the determination of the mass fraction of alloyed platinum and other alloyed metals in various platinum alloy thin film materials. Measurement range: The mass fraction of alloyed platinum is not less than 3%, and the mass fraction of alloyed ruthenium is not less than 3%. This standard does not apply to layered films with a single layer thickness not greater than 10 nm.
