本标准适用于以氧化还原法、蒸馏法等工艺生产的高纯硒，产品主要用于制造化合物半导体、热电转换、感光材料、红外探测用多晶薄膜材料及薄膜太阳能电池材料等。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificate, contract (or order form) content and safety tips for high-purity selenium. This standard applies to high-purity selenium produced by redox, distillation and other processes. The products are mainly used in the manufacture of compound semiconductors, thermoelectric conversion, photosensitive materials, polycrystalline thin film materials for infrared detection and thin film solar cell materials.
