Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage, quality certificate, order form (or contract) content and safety tips for cadmium telluride. The cadmium telluride corresponding to this standard is made from 5N tellurium and 5N cadmium using high-temperature synthesis technology. This product is mainly used for infrared and visible light emitting device materials.
