本部分适用于高纯铟中镁、铝、铁、镍、铜、锌、银、镉、锡、铅含量的测定。测定范围:Mg、Fe、Ni、Cu、Ag、Cd、Pb为5.0×10-6%~2.0×10-4%,Al、Zn、Sn为1.0×10-5%~2.0×10-4%。
Scope
This part of YS/T 981 specifies the determination method for the content of magnesium, aluminum, iron, nickel, copper, zinc, silver, cadmium, tin and lead in 99.999%~99.9999% high-purity indium. This section is applicable to the determination of magnesium, aluminum, iron, nickel, copper, zinc, silver, cadmium, tin and lead in high-purity indium. The measurement range of each element is shown in Table 1.
