Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation and quality forecast sheets for zinc anode slime. This standard applies to the mud that is adsorbed on the anode or sinks to the bottom of the tank during electrolysis in the hydrometallurgical zinc smelting process. The main component is manganese dioxide.
